Discover Rain Drops Counselling

Hello, I’m Mihai, the counsellor behind Raindrops Counselling.
I understand that taking the first step towards counselling can feel uncertain, especially when you are not sure what to expect. My aim is to offer a calm, welcoming and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, be yourself and feel genuinely heard.
I will work at your pace, giving you the time and space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a way that feels safe and comfortable. Together, we can begin to make sense of what you are going through and explore changes that may support your emotional wellbeing.
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, and I studied Psychology and Counselling at the University of Northampton. I have experience supporting people through trauma, stress, anxiety, grief and other difficult life experiences.
My approach is mainly person-centred and integrative, with elements of psychodynamic therapy where appropriate. This means I do not use the same approach with everyone. Instead, I adapt the way I work to suit you, your experiences and what you need from counselling.
Outside the counselling room, I value compassion, honesty and the importance of giving people the freedom to be themselves.
You are welcome to contact me by text or phone on

Hello, my name is Fabian, I am passionate about creating a safe, accepting and non-judgemental space where people can feel comfortable being themselves and talking openly about what they
are experiencing.
My main areas of focus are mental health, neurodivergence, and issues surrounding gender and identity. I have a particular interest in supporting people who may feel misunderstood, different, or unsure of where they fit, and those who struggle to make sense of their thoughts, emotions, and sense of self.
My own experiences have given me an understanding of how difficult it can be to navigate mental health and neurodivergence. I understand how important it is to feel genuinely listened to rather than judged or defined by a diagnosis or label. I believe that everyone’s experiences are different, and require a tailored stance for each individual, and taken at a pace where they feel safe and comfortable.
I aim to offer a compassionate and open environment where you can explore what is on your mind, at your own pace, knowing that you are truly heard, seen and acknowledged as an individual.
My aim is to be there for you to better understand yourself and feel more comfortable being who you are, as the most important person that we must love, but often forget about, is ourselves.

You speak, I listen.
I listen so that I can understand.
So that we can explore what you are looking for.

we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy.”
